Roof Cleaning – 1-Year Moss-Free Guarantee

No Pressure Cleaners performs roof cleaning using low-pressure soft-washing methods that follow manufacturer recommendations. We do not use high pressure or abrasive tools. When roof agitation is included in the estimate, a soft brooming is performed to remove excess buildup before applying our cleaning solution, which kills all remaining organic growth at the root. Dead growth may take up to six (6) months to naturally fall off. If any moss, mildew, or organic growth returns within one (1) year of service, No Pressure Cleaners will return and retreat affected areas at no cost. This guarantee applies only to properly pitched roofs such as asphalt shingles, concrete/clay tile, metal roofing, and composite surfaces with no water pooling. Overhanging tree limbs or debris resting within eight (8) feet of the roof may void the guarantee. Warranty eligibility requires that the signed estimate clearly includes the roof cleaning warranty line item.

Gutter Cleaning – Clog-Free Guarantee

Gutter cleaning includes the removal of leaves, debris, and blockages preventing normal water flow through the gutter system. No Pressure Cleaners does not clear underground drainage lines and cannot guarantee against clogs caused by underground blockage or improper installation. This service includes a 14-day Clog-Free Guarantee. If gutters clog within fourteen (14) days, we will return to clear them at no charge. This guarantee excludes homes with overgrown trees within ten (10) feet of gutter lines, gutter systems with screens or guards we were not hired to remove, or systems compromised by improper installation. All debris removed will be bagged and left onsite unless otherwise requested.

Window Cleaning – Streak-Free Guarantee

Our window cleaning service provides detailed exterior or full-service window washing using industry-standard tools and solutions. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees a streak-free finish on all windows included in the estimate. If streaks or spotting appear within 48 hours after service, we will return to touch up the affected windows at no cost. Hard water stains, oxidation, interior moisture buildup, or damaged seals are not included unless specifically noted in the estimate.

House Washing – 2-Year Guarantee

Low-pressure soft washing includes the removal of dirt, mold, algae, mildew, and common environmental buildup from exterior siding. This service does not include oxidation removal, rust, artillery fungus, paint discoloration, or non-organic staining unless listed in the estimate. While soft washing is safe, No Pressure Cleaners is not responsible for damage caused by deteriorated materials, poor construction, or lack of maintenance. All house washing services include a 2-Year Mold-Free Guarantee. If mold or mildew returns within twenty-four (24) months, we will clean the affected areas at no charge.

Sealcoating – Durability Guarantee

Sealcoating service includes cleaning, preparation, and application of high-quality asphalt or concrete sealer designed to extend the life of your surface. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees the product will cure properly and protect against normal weathering when applied to a structurally sound surface. Cracking caused by underlying substrate failure, heavy machinery, vehicle gouging, or water pooling is not covered. Any adhesion issues occurring within ninety (90) days not caused by user misuse will be repaired at no charge.

Deck Restoration – Revive & Protect Guarantee

Deck restoration includes washing, brightening, sanding (when included), and application of protective stain or sealer. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees that restored decking will show improved appearance, color enhancement, and surface protection. Natural wood aging, peeling caused by underlying rot, or failure due to moisture intrusion from beneath the deck is not covered. Touch-ups for premature stain failure caused by product error—not environmental or structural issues—will be provided for up to one (1) year.

Concrete Restoration – Strength & Style Guarantee

Concrete restoration includes cleaning, stain removal when included, and application of sealers or surface restoration products. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees improved appearance and surface durability. Deep oil penetration, rebar rust bleed-through, structural cracking, and substrate failure are not covered. If the sealer fails to bond due to product error within six (6) months, affected areas will be retreated at no cost.

Permanent Lighting – Year-Round Brilliance Guarantee

Permanent lighting installation is custom-designed for year-round usage, safety, and energy efficiency. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees that all installed lighting will function properly at the time of installation and remain securely mounted. Product warranties are backed by the manufacturer and vary depending on the system chosen. Damage caused by weather events, misuse, rodents, or third-party tampering is not covered. Any installation-related issues occurring within one (1) year will be repaired at no charge.

Holiday Lighting – Seasonal Shine Guarantee

Holiday lighting includes seasonal installation, securing of lights, and timely takedown after the holiday period. No Pressure Cleaners guarantees functional, visual lighting throughout the season. If a bulb or strand installed by us fails due to installation error, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Damage caused by homeowner modification, pets, weather, or power issues is not guaranteed. All lighting equipment provided by No Pressure Cleaners remains our property unless stated otherwise.

Payment Responsibility

By approving or signing an estimate, the customer agrees to pay the full balance upon completion of the contracted service. Payment is due in full within seven (7) days of project completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Property managers under approved agreements may operate under Net-30 terms. Accounts past seven (7) days may accrue a 5% late fee for every 30-day period overdue. Customers are responsible for attorney fees, collection costs, and court fees needed to resolve non-payment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final invoice.
